    Hi Dawn,

I was wondering how the visit to the Spa is going?
I have been to the Koh Samui resort 3 times previously for the “extreme” detox and have been considering Chang Mai for next time. I am just a little bit concerned that I may find it too quiet and remote.
    I would appreciate your views.
    Kind regards,
    Christine

Hi Christine and thanks for writing. I personally love it here much more than Samui! But it depends on what you’re into. If you want regular socializing in a city or populated area, this wouldn’t be ideal. What I do is take the shuttle into CM every-other Sunday night (about 40 minutes) and return with the shuttle on Tue evenings. That’s plenty of action for me 🙂 On the alternate weekends I rent a motorbike and cruise the countryside, which is my favorite thing! For fasting though, I think it’s way better to be more remote – less temptation 😉

    Hope that helps.
Please do let me know what you decide!
    Cheers and blessings,
    Dawn

    Hi Dawn
I’m off to Chaing Mai next month to do the you’ve change my life detox. I assume that’s what you did?
What was your overall experience with the detox.? I’m really apprehensive about the colema’s. I’ve had colonics before, no problem , but self administrated colema’s.. Is it sterile enough? Mmmmm. What was your results, weight loss wise?
    Thanks

Hi Mandy, At the Spa you conduct colemas in your own room with your own board and disinfectant to use afterwards. As long as you are fastidious, I see no reason why you should have a problem 🙂 Let me know how it goes!
